We didn't just stock another brand.
We designed our own.
After years of working with care teams and nurse call systems, we knew what mattered. So we put that experience into Maxalert. Straightforward, dependable falls prevention products, designed around the people they protect and the people who use them every day.
Many suppliers can sell the same products.
Very few can design,
develop, manufacture and support them.
Expert product knowledge
The person on the phone can tell you why a mat is triggering, not just read a spec sheet.
Direct technical support
No manufacturer to escalate to. We are the manufacturer.
Ongoing product development
Changes come from what care staff tell us, and we can make them.
Advice before and after purchase
Including telling you when you do not need the more expensive option.
Designed in-house
Our own design team, working to what care settings actually need.
Large stock holding
Held here, so the common lines go out the same day.
Confident you get the best price
Straight from the manufacturer, with no reseller in between.
We've put a lot into Maxalert.
And we're not done yet.
We started developing Maxalert around 11 years ago. Since then it has grown into a range used by care providers right across the UK. We know the products, we know what they are there to do and, most importantly, we know they do it well.
We have never been interested in adding bells and whistles for the sake of it. We want Maxalert to be dependable, straightforward to use and fairly priced for the quality you are getting. The sort of kit you can order, put to work and get on with everything else you have got to do.
That does not mean we leave it alone. We listen to what customers tell us, spot where things could be better and keep working on the range. Sometimes that means improving a product. Sometimes it means developing something new. Sometimes it is simply finding a better way of getting it from us to you.
We think Maxalert is pretty good. We're still trying to make it better.
