This will alert carers of patient falls and wandering by the built-in alarm, or if connected will trigger the nurse call system.

Compatible with many leading Nurse Call Systems, and the full iCall Range of devices provide seamless integration of wireless products into your fall prevention strategies in care homes, nursing homes, hospitals, and other residential care environments.

Will it work with our nurse call system?

Yes. Our products are sold with the necessary connection cable. To make sure you have the right product, check the product description or use the system finder.

How long does the mat last?

The product comes with a 12-month warranty, subject to our warranty terms and conditions. Sensor mats should be replaced one year from the date they are first put into use.

Do we pay VAT?

VAT exemption is designed to help the individual. To check whether you qualify, please check here.

How quick is delivery?

Most of our stock orders are despatched the same day, up to 2pm. If you have a specific requirement, please let us know.
