Delivery Information
We offer FREE express delivery on orders placed before 2.00 pm on all orders over £50 to Mainland UK.
Most orders are dispatched same/next-day on a next-day service.
For orders under £50, there is a £7.99 delivery charge.
Highlands, Isles & Northern Ireland, there is an additional surge charges.
All costs are displayed before checkout.
Most deliveries arrive within 1-2 days, but may be longer for items dispatched directly from the manufacturer, such as nursing equipment and mattresses.

Returns and Exchanges
Here’s what you need to know:
We offer a 30 day period of cancellation, whereby a product can be returned to us for credit. The 30-day period starts to run on the day after your purchase. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition that they arrived. The goods must have been looked after reasonably.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee on returned items where the condition of the returned items is not acceptable and work is required to bring the items up to a saleable quality.
If you no longer need an item in your order, please contact us and let us know. We will book your return onto our system and issue you with a returns number. Once we have agreed to accept the goods, please return them to us at the following address:

You will be responsible for the cost of the return carriage where an order is no longer required. We recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery or via courier as we cannot accept liability for any goods damaged or lost in transit.
Important: Please ensure items being returned to us are securely and appropriately packaged. For instance, bed and floor sensor mats should not be folded or rolled. Failure to package the goods correctly may invalidate your return and prevent us from issuing a refund.
We always recommend that you obtain and keep a certificate or proof of posting.
