The Emfit SafeBed is a “missing person alarm” that can register when a person gets out of bed, or fails to return to bed within a pre-set time.
For people who are unable to activate alarms when they need help, for example, those with dementia.
This system can also be used under airflow mattress and cushion systems
The sensor mat is installed underneath the mattress making it unobtrusive and giving it a long lifespan
Interfaces with Other Systems
The SafeBed Kit can be connected to most nurse call systems in hospitals and care homes using a connection lead. Any alarms raised by the sensor will then be transmitted around the home via the nurse call system as normal.
